This realtor team recently transitioned from a large agency to their own business. My objective was to create a personable voice that contrasted the more corporate tone often found in larger firms. Unique selling points included their all-encompassing knowledge of the boroughs and their multidisciplinary backgrounds. We targeted expats arriving to Montreal for the first time as well as empty nesters.
